Aladdin Lunch and Go Lunchbox Review

Aladdin Lunch & Go Lunchbox
Aladdin Lunchbox

I just got two of these as my kids lunchboxes to use this year. I bought the Aladdin Lunch and Go Lunchbox and the Mini Lunchbox that fits inside. I bought them online at Walmart and used the free “Site to Store” service so I wouldn’t have to pay shipping.

Since this Aladdin lunchbox comes only in white plastic, I let the kids decorate their own lunchboxes with permanent markers (definitely an outdoor project!!). It was very fun for them and makes their lunchboxes truly their own.

Overall, I am impressed with the quality and design for the price (Lunchbox $10 and MiniLunchbox $8 at Walmart).

Aladdin Lunch & Go Lunchbox

Things I like: overall size, cleanable (unlike all the soft sided lunchbox varieties), the food inside is protected from getting squished, rubber gasket around edge to prevent food leaks into backpack, icepack has way to slide in to keep things organized in the lunchbox

Things I don’t like: Not dishwasher safe, boring colors (however, I let my kids decorate their own with permanent markers so it is now truly personalized…), 4 latches to open/close that can be hard for younger kids

Things I like: Dishwasher safe, adjustable food divider, rubber gasket to prevent leaks, neat looking plastic.

Things I don’t like: A bit small if it is the only place for food inside of the larger Aladdin Lunchbox or different lunch box, only color I found was red.

  • kim: Those are incredibly cute! Do you think you'd be able to use them for other things like mini-onigiri or meatballs? Or would the shape no longer stand
